Dakar Office

When you arrive at the Border Police, some information will be requested (accommodation, length of stay, reason for travel, etc.). For accommodation, you can fill in the address of MSF Office.

You will be picked up from the airport by our Taxi Partner service. Drivers wait in the arrival hall with a sign with your name or a “MSF” sign and drive you to your hotel or guest house. If they are not there (exceptionally), go to the box “PLANETE TOURS” in the airport and say that you are from MSF.

If you have lost your luggage and need to make a declaration (which may take hours), please go out and notify the driver of your arrival and explain the situation. This will allow him to know that you have arrived and will be waiting in their office.

From the arrival hall:

Turn right at the exit of the customs and head toward the mechanical stairs that will lead you to the upper level of the terminal building.

Once at the top, turn completely facing the escalators and go to the offices on your left, you will find our agency in the second position, which is open 24 hours a day.

From the departure hall:

As soon as you enter the terminal hall, go to the offices on the left, you will find in second position our agency which is open 24 hours a day. You will leave the cafeteria behind you, on the same alignment.
